We did quite a bit of research to vet Gerry and found that not only did he have great experience, but he came with stellar references and was a really nice guy! Gerry helped my sister and me to sell a piece of property in the Oakland hills. From the get-go he made insightful recommendations on  pricing, marketing and advertising to help make sure the right "eyeballs" were on the listing.
